Rivers of Hope is a family oriented, culturally diverse, community-based organization dedicated to providing the highest quality of services and advocacy for children and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Rivers of Hope was established in 2016 by its Founder/Executive Director Francineglide Victoria, who has worked for 20 years in the Social Service industry. As a Haitian immigrant, Francineglide moved to the USA at the age of 6 years old. At the age of 14, Francinglide landed her first job helping kids with homework through one of Brockton Public Schools after school programs in the city of Brockton. From there Francinglide has worked as direct care staff in residential homes, then as a case manager to becoming the Program Manager. During all of her work, she always knew it was her calling to service the community by giving back.

The organization has deep roots in the community. The company offers several social services to members of its community including Adult Family Care (AFC), as well as other homecare services. Rivers of Hope plans to expand by providing Shared Living and other Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to the south shore and south coast communities of Massachusetts. Beyond providing HCBS to the vast population, the company also plans to provide teen services to the families that need a financial boost and create programs to keep children and teens off the street. These services will include job training, referrals, and job placement assistance; as well as educational services that will include self-improvement courses and GED training, and educational and athletic scholarships to underprivileged youth. The Organization hopes to fund these programs through grants, sponsorships, and any form of donations.

Rivers of Hope is an organization that is committed to excellence and puts its members first. The organization benefits from strong leadership; committed staff; and its ability to provide support to people who speak English, Haitian Creole, and Cape Verdean Creole.
